A Whole Beef is the best value!  Put down the 25% deposit and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the balance based on the hanging weight of the animal. 

Whole Beef is sold at $6.49 per pound based on the Hanging Weight of the animal.

Fill your freezer with our delicious grass fed beef and save!  The best value is our whole beef.  A whole beef averages approximately 450 pounds (Hanging Weight) of Lowline Angus beef, in all your favorite cuts.  The meat is cut to your order at our local farmer - owned USDA inspected facility, shrink wrapped and frozen and ready for your family to enjoy.  We encourage you to get together with family and friends and share a beef. If your whole beef is pre-ordered, at your request we can box it in Halves or Quarters for you to make it easy to share.  

Each animal's size will vary (+/- 100 pounds), but typically a whole beef typically includes a variety of these cuts:

Our price is based on the hanging weight of the carcass before it is processed into the individual cuts. Our USDA processor weighs the carcass by the half. The price of $2,920.50 is an estimate. When the USDA official Hanging Weight of the animal is reported to us, we will send you a final billing via PayPal with the exact price.

Local delivery is available monthly at designated central locations in the greater Seattle, Washington area.
